What is your fee?

Our standard rate is $150 per 50 min session.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. If your insurance provider offers you coverage for our sessions, you will still be responsible for paying for each session in full at the time of appointment, and then I will provide a super bill for you each month that you can submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement. The superbill will include all the information that you need for your claim to be processed.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots in my schedule. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to still contact me.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session start time. Your full session fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance.

How will I know if we are a good fit?

Before scheduling a therapy session, I offer a free 15-minute consult call with potential clients. This gives us the chance to get to know each other better. What you can expect: I’ll ask you why you’re seeking therapy; I will tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist; You can ask me any questions that you may still have; We’ll talk about rates, insurance, availability, etc. After talking, if it feels like I am not the best fit for you, I will be happy to offer referrals to trusted clinicians based on your needs in counseling.
