Our Services

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process where you work one-on-one with a trained therapist to explore and address personal challenges. emotions, and behaviors. This type of therapy provides a safe and confidential space to gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal goals. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or just seeking self-growth, individual therapy offers tailored support to help you navigate life’s challenges and improve your overall well-being.

  • Kid & Teen Therapy

Kid and teen therapy provides a safe and supportive environment for young people to express thoughts, feelings and struggles. Whether its dealing with school stress, anxiety, peer pressure, family issues or self esteem, therapy helps children and teens better manage their emotions. The therapist works with the client to develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and improve their emotional well being. This therapy utilizes techniques that are developmentally appropriate and designed to engage younger clients in meaningful ways through exploration, creativity and play.

  • EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a psychotherapy technique that is proven to be effective in reducing the symptoms associated with traumatic memories and events. This evidence-based practice involves a series of bilateral movements that help to desensitize the individual to the traumatic experience, allowing them to reprocess the memory in a more adaptive way.

During REM sleep, your eyes move back and forth quickly while your brain processes information. EMDR replicates this eye movement while you discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to your traumatic memories, enabling your brain to move through the trauma and reprocess it differently. EMDR does not affect your memory of the traumatic event, but it does alter how you perceive, think about, and/or experience it in your body.

During EMDR therapy, you can anticipate discussing challenging memories while the therapist leads you through a precise protocol. Your brain does the majority of the work, and your role is to simply participate and communicate what you are thinking, feeling, and sensing in your body.

  • Pre Marital Therapy

Premarital therapy is a powerful way to build a strong foundation for your relationship. Together, we’ll explore your unique dynamics as a couple, navigate potential challenges, and build the communication and conflict resolution skills that will support you both throughout your marriage.

As part of this journey, we’ll be using the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) program. SYMBIS is a comprehensive, research-based approach designed to help couples like you gain deeper insights into your relationship. Through guided assessments and tailored sessions, you’ll explore key topics such as values, expectations, financial goals, communication styles, and more—ensuring you’re both aligned on what matters most as you prepare for your future together.
